Our team provides legal advice on structuring the insurance entity to meet the Bermuda Insurance Regulations and thereafter providing on-going advice on meeting the statutory capital and solvency margins, annual statutory filing, seeking directions with respect to certain waivers relating to compliance matters, seeking approvals for portfolio transfers and unusual insurance or reinsurance programs.
