WILLIAM H. GRAVELY was Born in Toronto, Ontario Canada, on November 13th 1947, he was called to the bar in Ontario in 1976, in New York 1984, to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in 1993, the United States Court of International Trade in 1993 and to the Bermuda Bar in 1996.

William holds the following Degrees:
University of Waterloo: B.A. 1971; Osgoode Hall: LL.B, 1974. Clara Brett Martin Memorial Scholarship.
Fraser & Beatty, Toronto: Articled 1974; Associate 1976-1981; Partner 1981-1995.

Lecturer
Corporate Law, Law Society of Upper Canada Bar Admission Course.
