Bermuda Corporate Structures

The attached Memorandum on Bermuda Corporate Vehicles provides some examples of structues using Bermuda vehicles and demonstrates that the possibilities for using a tax-neutral, sophisticated jurisdiction such as Bermuda are limitless.  We have included a selection of the more common structures used by international businesses and banks.
